Carmen has big dreams and a great head on his shoulders!  We met Carmen a few years ago because he goes to our church and is very active in our parish youth group.  He is also a member of the JROTC program at Norwin, and works a part time job as well!  He plans to attend Penn State in the summer to study Civil Engineering.  We cannot wait to see what this guy does in the future!  We know he will definitely be a great addition to Penn State and we wish him the best of luck!  Congratulations Carmen!  Class of 2017!
