Springtime in the city and a beautifully sunny day made the most perfect setting for Erin and Peter’s wedding!  These two are originally from Boston and moved here for school.  When we took their engagement photos a few months ago, they warned me that they aren’t photogenic at all, but we disagree!  Check out their engagement session here! They are such a genuinely sweet couple, and we had a wonderful time with them while shooting!

Their wedding day was such a beautiful celebration because they had family and friends come from out of state and you could feel the love!  I always love watching wedding guests who aren’t from the area when they find the cookie table at a Pittsburgh wedding…a tradition us Pittsburghers are proud of!  One of my favorite parts about Erin and Peter’s special day was Erin’s beautiful lace dress that she ordered on Etsy from Bulgaria!  The designer, Polina Ivanova Aterlier, does absolutely incredible work and Erin’s dress was elegant and so very classy!  Her veil was also special, because it was the veil that her grandmother wore during her wedding day.  I loved photographing it on Erin…she looked simply stunning!

We wish Peter and Erin all the best as they begin their new life together as husband and wife in their new home!  Congratulations Erin and Peter! <3
